Análisis del proyecto de vida planteado por la población privada de libertad al salir del CFJZ una vez reintegrado a una familia, un empleo o una comunidad

Resumen
El objetivo del estudio fue analizar el proceso de logro de las metas y estrategias del proyecto de vida planteadas por la población privada de libertad durante su período de encarcelamiento una vez que se integren a una comunidad, una familia, un centro de estudios o un empleo al finalizar su condena. El enfoque de investigación cualitativa que se utilizó fue el fenomenológico, ya que se realizó un análisis intuitivo y descriptivo de los datos y experiencias de las personas participantes desde su propia experiencia y punto de vista. Por lo tanto, se describen las metas y las estrategias que se plantean las personas jóvenes privadas de libertad para su inserción social, así como los recursos con los que cuentan y obstáculos que se les presenta para implementarlas. También se describe el proceso de egreso que se lleva a cabo en el CFJZ y en el Ministerio de Justicia y Paz considerando la participación de las diferentes personas profesionales que participan en él. La población participante en el estudio pertenece a dos grupos de participantes. Las personas jóvenes que están por egresar del CFJZ y profesionales en diferentes disciplinas vinculadas con el proceso de egreso de la población joven privada de libertad.
El total de personas participantes en el estudio fue de 10 personas, cinco personas jóvenes privadas de libertad y cinco profesionales vinculados con su proceso de egreso para la inserción social. Para obtener la información tanto de la población joven privada de libertad, como del grupo de profesionales vinculado con su proceso de egreso, participante en el estudio, se utilizó la técnica de la entrevista semiestructurada y los registros anecdóticos. Entre las conclusiones se encuentran las siguientes: Esta investigación hizo posible comprender con mayor profundidad el proceso de egreso que se lleva a cabo desde el Centro de Formación Juvenil Zurquí y el Ministerio de Justicia y Paz, considerando a los diferentes profesionales que participan en él y las normativas existentes que orientan a la persona privada de libertad antes de egresar. Gracias a esta comprensión, esta investigación ofrece un insumo valioso sobre lo que está establecido desde la normativa y a nivel estructural que no existía sistematizada de la manera en la que se ha integrado para el presente informe (Figura 1 y Figura 2). Se recupera aquí la experiencia de las personas jóvenes y la experiencia directa de profesionales sobre cómo se manifiesta el fenómeno en la realidad cotidiana de esta población. 89 | P á g . Así, este proceso investigativo hizo posible determinar que los procesos de preparación y acompañamiento para el egreso de la población penal juvenil, llevados a cabo desde el Centro de Formación Juvenil Zurquí y el Ministerio de Justicia y Paz constituyen un elemento fundamental en los procesos de prevención de la reincidencia y de la intencionalidad socioeducativa de los procesos penal juveniles. Esto ha sido confirmado por la literatura (Baker et al., 2022; Clark y Unruh, 2010; Weller et al., 2022; Yacovchenko et al., 2022); respaldado por la legislación costarricense (Ley 7576, 1996; Ley 8460, 2005) y externado por la población profesional entrevistada.
ABSTRACT: The objective of the study was to analyze the process of achieving the goals and strategies of the life project proposed by the imprisioned population during their period of incarceration once they integrate into a community, a family, a study center or a job. at the end of the sentence. The qualitative research approach used was phenomenological, since an intuitive and descriptive analysis of the data and experiences of the participants was carried out from their own experience and point of view. Therefore, the goals and strategies that young imprisioned population consider for their social insertion are described, as well as the resources they count on and obstacles that arise to implement them. The graduation process carried out in the CFJZ and in the Ministery of Justice and Peace is also described, considering the participation of the different professional people who participate in it. The population participating in the study belongs to two groups of participants. Young people who are about to graduate from the CFJZ and professionals in different disciplines linked to the graduation process of the young imprisioned population The total number of people participating in the study was 10 people, five young injailed and five professionals linked to their discharge process for social integration. To obtain information from both the young imprisioned and the group of professionals linked to their discharge process, participating in the study, the semi-structured interview technique and anecdotal records were used. Among the conclusions are the following: This research made it possible to understand in greater depth the graduation process that is carried out by the Zurquí Youth Training Center and the Ministery of Justice and Peace, considering the different professionals who participate in it and the existing regulations that guide the injailed before discharge. Thanks to this understanding, this research offers valuable input on what is established from the regulations and at a structural level that did not exist systematized in the way in which it has been integrated for this report (Figure 1 and Figure 2).
