Resumen
La presente publicación está diseñada para ser utilizada en proyectos de Extensión Docente que capaciten a los participantes en el análisis de sus formas de vida, y de esta manera, favorecer un desarrollo humano saludable. El objetivo de este trabajo es ofrecer un recurso a diferentes profesionales, entre ellos orientadores y orientadoras, para que reflexionen sobre los diferentes aspectos que según Kukic (2002) inciden tanto en la construcción como en la clarificación del sentido de vida: intereses especiales, metas, motivación para el logro, aspiraciones educativas, optimismo, persistencia, fe y espiritualidad y sentido de propósito. Ser parte del enfoque de resiliencia, que permite que los seres humanos enfrenten positivamente los diferentes retos que se presentan en el transcurso de la vida, que aprendan de ellos y se fortalezcan en el proceso. Los participantes podrán reproducir la experiencia en diferentes ámbitos laborales y con personas de diversas edades, siempre y cuando realicen las adaptaciones de las estrategias que se presentan. Las autoras elaboran este material con base en el estudio "Rasgos del sentido de vida del enfoque de resiliencia en personas adultas mayores de 65 a 75 años", lo que constituye un aporte importante a la práctica profesional, y a la vez, de esta forma, se está cumpliendo con uno de los propósitos de toda investigación científica, el cual es que contribuya con las transformaciones que requiera la sociedad, y ello se logra aportando un instrumento, que al ayudar a clarificar el sentido de vida de las personas, promueve un mejor desarrollo humano.
ABSTRACT: This publication is designed to be used in Teaching Extension projects which train participants in the analysis of their ways of life, and in this way, to favor healthy human development. The objective of this work is to offer a resource to different professionals, among them counselors, to reflect the different aspects that according to Kukic (2002) include both in the construction and clarification of the meaning of life: special interests, goals , motivation for achievement, educational aspirations, optimism, persistence, faith and spirituality and a sense of purpose. Being part of the resilience approach, which allows human being to positively face the different challenges that arises in the course of life, to learn from them and strengthen themselves in the process. Participants can reproduce the experience in different work ambits and with people of different ages, as long as adaptations of the strategies presented are made. The authors elaborate this material based on the study "Traits of the sense of life of the resilience approach in adults older than 65 to 75 years", which constitutes an important contribution to professional practice, and at the same time, in this way, One of the diagnoses of all scientific research is being carried out, which is the one that contributes to the transformations that society requires, and this is achieved by providing an instrument that, by helping people to clarify the sense of life, promotes a better human development.
