Resumen
Este proyecto analiza el desarrollo de la investigación en educación del INIE desde la complejidad de su objeto de estudio en el contexto nacional e internacional, con el propósito de proponer un planteamiento teórico y metodológico del quehacer de la investigación en el campo y acorde con la normativa institucional y desde el enfoque de la alfabetización mediática e informacional.
Es un estudio bibliográfico y participativo, en el que se vinculará al personal académico y administrativo del INIE, así como a las autoridades universitarias y a especialistas en este tema. Se realizará mediante etapas y fases metodológicas. Como técnicas de recolección de la información se utiliza la entrevista, el cuestionario y el grupo focal.
La investigación facilitará datos que permitan conocer:
_ La formación del personal de investigación y de apoyo académico del INIE en Alfabetización Mediática e Informacional.
_ La interacción entre el personal de investigación y de apoyo académico del INIE para la creación de proyectos en el ámbito internacional mediante los medios de comunicación para incorporar las mejores prácticas de la Alfabetización Mediática e Informacional a las necesidades cotidianas del INIE.
_El aumento exponencial de mensajes y documentos procedentes de múltiples autores con valores, métodos, teorías y propósitos, en su mayoría disímiles y diversos.
_El reconocimiento de los derechos comunicativos, como parte de la Tercera Generación de los Derechos Humanos que incluye el derecho al acceso y al intercambio de información; así como el acceso a aquellas competencias y debates que permitan, al personal de investigación y de apoyo académico del INIE, interpretar, expresar y producir sus propios mensajes y producciones con una perspectiva de Alfabetización Mediática e Informacional (AMI).
ABSTRACT: This project analyzes the development of research in education at the INIE about the complexity of its object of study in the national and international context, with the purpose of proposing a theoretical and methodological approach to the work of research in the field and in accordance with the institutional regulations and from the perspective of media and information literacy. It is a bibliographic and participatory study, in which the academic and administrative staff of the INIE will be linked, as well as the university authorities and specialists in this subject. It will be carried out through methodological stages and phases. As information gathering techniques, the interview, the questionnaire and the focus group are used. The investigation will provide data that allow to know: _ The training of research and academic support staff of the INIE in Media and Information Literacy. _ The interaction between the research and academic support staff of the INIE for the creation of projects in the international sphere through the media to incorporate the best practices of Media and Information Literacy to the daily needs of the INIE. _The exponential increase in messages and documents sent from multiple authors with values, methods, theories and purposes, mostly dissimilar and diverse. _Recognition of communication rights, as part of the Third Generation of Human Rights that includes the right to access and exchange information; as well as access to those competences and debates to carry out, to the research and academic support staff of the INIE, to interpret, express and produce their own messages and productions with a perspective of Media and Information Literacy (AMI).
