Resumen
Esta relación se inscribe en el paradigma del desarrollo humano, ya que es el que plantea la posibilidad de
analizar y superar las relaciones que caracterizan la sociedad patriarcal actual, lo cual implica que permitirá
elaborar, construir una propuesta alternativa a las relaciones de dominación, subordinación, lo cual constituye uno de los propósitos de la teoría de género.
Además, es dentro de las propuestas que se ubican dentro del nuevo paradigma en las que se plantea la posibilidad de llevar a cabo este tipo de estudios. Dentro de estas propuestas podemos mencionar la educación Holista y otras, las cuales plantean la necesidad de operacionalizar procesos educativos que incluyan procesos comunicativos a diferentes niveles, iniciando desde el intrapersonal hasta llegar al social, lo cual plantea un reto que se retoma en esta investigación.
Los objetivos planteados fueron:
• Identificar y describir los diferentes tipos de relaciones que se establecen en los procesos educativos en
la educación superior.
• Determinar si presentan diferencias o similitudes en el comportamiento comunicacional de las mujeres
y los hombres (docentes y estudiantes), en las diferentes actividades en las que se concreta el proceso
educativo.
• Identificar los cambios y trasformaciones que se esperan alcanzar entre mujeres y hombres, en búsqueda
de la equidad y le respeto a l diversidad y diferencia, en los programas y proyectos de la educación
formal superior.
Los resultados obtenidos de la investigación:
• Como resultados de la investigación se elaboraron documentos que servirán como antecedentes a futuras
investigaciones sobre el tema.
• En este informa se incluyen los documentos que se elaboraron como producto del primer año de investigación
y los resultados obtenidos.
ABSTRACT: This relationship is part of the paradigm of human development, since it is the one that raises the possibility of analyzing and overcoming the relationships that characterize the current patriarchal society, which implies that it will allow the elaboration, construction of an alternative proposal to the relations of domination, subordination , which constitutes one of the purposes of gender theory. In addition, it is within the proposals that are located within the new paradigm that raises the possibility of carrying out this type of studies. Within these proposals we can mention Holistic education and others, which raise the need to operationalize educational processes that include communicative processes at different levels, starting from the intrapersonal to the social, which poses a challenge that is resumed in this research. The objectives set were: • To identify and describe the different types of relationships established in educational processes in higher education. • To determine if they present differences or similarities in the communicational behavior of women and men (teachers and students), in the different activities in which the educational process takes shape. •To identify the changes and transformations that are expected to be achieved between women and men, in search of equity and respect for diversity and difference, in the programs and projects of formal higher education. The results obtained from the investigation: • As results of the investigation, documents were prepared that will be useful as background to future research on the subject. • This report includes the documents that were prepared as a product of the first year of research and the results obtained.
