Resumen
El propósito de este proyecto fue facilitar la apropiación de estrategias de investigación-acción por parte del
personal docente y administrativo de un centro escolar para transformar los procesos educativos que emergen de la cotidianidad del aula y de la institución. El proyecto se ubica dentro del paradigma cualitativo. En el estudio, participan inicialmente ocho docentes y la directora de un centro escolar de educación primaria (Unidad Pedagógica José Ma. Zeledón). Esta institución cumple con los requisitos de selección: área rural, personal participante en propiedad y disposición para la investigación. Se conforma un grupo de 9 docentes incluida la directora. Durante el último período, tres docentes habían dejado la experiencia de investigación-acción por diversas razones: (salud, jubilación). De esta manera, la experiencia de investigación-acción la realizan seis educadoras (incluyendo la directora del centro educativo). La información se recolecta mediante el diario de campo, donde los participantes describen interacciones, movimientos, diálogos, el contexto escolar y además, anotan sus percepciones personales sobre lo que acontece en el salón de clase. También se utiliza el video al cámara fotográfica para captar los acontecimientos que acontecen en el aula y la institución. En cuanto a
resultados obtenidos, las metas propuestas se cumplieron en un 100%, éstas son:
• Implementación de un proceso de formación/capacitación de investigación-acción para el mejoramiento
de la práctica docente y la gestión educativa en un centro escolar de educación primaria.
• Facilitación de estrategias de investigación-acción para el diseño y el desarrollo de proyectos de investigación en el personal docente y docente administrativo de una institución educativa.
• Elaboración y ejecución de proyectos de investigación social en la institución educativa y en los salones
de clase y por parte de cada gestor-participante.
• Elaboración de un libro sobre el tema de la investigación-acción desde la cotidianidad de los procesos
educativos, y de un informe final de labores
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this project was to facilitate the appropriation of action research strategies by the teaching and administrative staff of an educational center in order to transform the educational processes that emerge in the classroom and institution on a daily basis. The project is framed within the quantitative paradigm. Initially, there were eight teachers and the school's director of a primary school participating in the study (Unidad Pedagógica José Ma. Zeledón). This institution meets the selection requirements rural area, tenured participants and availability to participate in the research. 9 teachers and the direct comprise the group. During the last part of the research, three teacher had left the action research experience for various reasons: (health, retirement). Thus, the action research experience was carried out with six educator (including the director of the educational center). The information was collected through a field journal where participants described interactions, actions, conversations, the school context and others. They also wrote their personal perceptions of the goings on in the classroom. Video and camera were also used to capture events in the classroom and the institution. In terms of results achieved, the proposed targets were 100% met; these are: • Implementation of action research learning/training to improve teaching practices and educational management in a primary school. • Facilitate action research strategies for the design and development of research projects in the teaching and administrative teaching staff of an educational institution. • Development and implementation of social research projects in the educational institution and classrooms and by each manager-participant. • Prepare a book on the action research book from the perspective of everyday educational processes, and a final report.
