Cómo educar jóvenes eficaces vocacionalmente: El aporte de la orientación Vocacional.

Abstract

El presente libro de texto recoge aspectos teórico-prácticos sobre el tema de la autoeficacia vocacional. Se destaca su importancia en el desarrollo humano y la construcción de un proyecto de vida, se enfatiza en el cómo se enseña y cómo se aprende a se eficaz vocacionalmente, y se culmina con la propuesta específica de aquellos elementos que, mediante la acción educativa de la familia y de la escuela, pueden favorecer el desarrollo de esta capacidad durante la niñez y la adolescencia. El objetivo final es brindar un recurso que permita a los y a las profesionales en Orientación el trabajo directo alrededor de este tema desde los dos principales ámbitos educativos durante estas dos etapas vitales, la familia y la escuela.ABSTRACT: This book deals with theoretical-practical aspects regarding vocational self-sufficiency. It highlights the importance in human development and the construction of a life plan. There is emphasis on how to teach and learn to be vocationally effective, and it culminated with the specific proposal of those elements that through the involvement of family and school in education, can be conducive for the development of this ability during childhood and adolescence. The overall objective is to give Orientation professionals a resource that allows them to work specifically with this topic from the two main educational fields during these two vital phases, family and school.
