Resumen
El objetivo del estudio fue identificar los factores de innovación universitaria asociados a las escuelas e instituciones artísticas, como una herramienta para la toma de decisiones en la educación superior. A partir de la fundamentación teórica, se construyó un instrumento basado en cuatro factores: el proceso metodológico de enseñanza – aprendizaje, los nuevos materiales y tecnologías curriculares, la participación del alumnado y la motivación. Ahora bien, la muestra de participantes estuvo conformada por estudiantes y docentes de centros artísticos y la aplicación de los instrumentos se realizó de forma electrónica, por lo que fue necesario un muestreo aleatorio por conveniencia y participación, este instrumento fue respondido por 327 personas. Para recoger los datos de análisis y atender los objetivos de los factores de innovación universitaria asociados a escuelas e instituciones artísticas, se consideró la selección de indicadores ajustados a las condiciones de estos centros de formación. Así pues, desde la perspectiva de la investigación, se ha expuesto teóricamente que los indicadores atienden a una gran cantidad de necesidades y actores, entre los que destacan las instituciones y los docentes. Algunas de las conclusiones del estudio se mencionan a continuación:
La investigación ha cumplido al 100% cinco de sus seis objetivos específicos. Al hacer referencia en el primer objetivo, observamos que se ha podido obtener la identificación de fuentes de datos muy valiosas, sobre los principales autores en el tema de los factores de innovación. Con la literatura se han podido separar gran cantidad de temas pertinentes, que giran alrededor del cuerpo teórico y la metodología. Sobre ello se han extraído citas importantes, sobre temas neurálgicos relacionados con la innovación.
La lectura de los diferentes artículos permitió obtener las diversas definiciones entorno al concepto de innovación educativa, las cuales fundamentan el desarrollo de esta investigación.
Con respecto al segundo objetivo, la investigación logra el cumplimiento total de este, la identificación de indicadores de innovación y ello requiere un profundo análisis de acuerdo al contexto donde se aplique. Sin embargo, con las lecturas surgen nuevas temáticas y nuevas aportaciones de otros autores. Aunque ciertamente no existen factores de innovación en las instituciones artísticas, pues es un elemento no trabajado en ellas, o al cual se le ha dedicado escaso tiempo. Sin embargo hemos encontrado factores que pueden estar relacionados y permiten introducirse en el análisis de las instituciones artísticas, específicamente de música.
De toda la literatura se pudo extraer aquellos factores asociados con la docencia, que es al fin de cuentas el ente más cercano al estudiante y en donde se encuentran las principales acciones de innovación, que pueden incidir en la actividad del estudiante. De la literatura se seleccionaron: Proceso metodológico de enseñanza-aprendiz.
ABSTRACT: The objective of the study was to identify the university innovation factors associated with artistic schools and institutions, as a tool for decision-making in higher education. Based on the theoretical basis, an instrument was created with four factors in mind: the methodological process of teaching-learning, new material and curricular technologies, student participation, and motivation. However, the sample of participants was made up of students and teachers of artistic centers. The application of the instruments was carried out electronically, so a random sampling was necessary for convenience and participation. This instrument was answered by 327 people. To collect the analysis data and to meet the objectives of the university innovation factors associated with artistic schools and institutions, the selection of indicators was considered in accordance to the conditions of these centers. Thus, from the research perspective, it has been theoretically explained that the indicators focuses on a great number of needs and participants, among which the institutions and the teachers stand out. Some of the conclusions of the study are listed below: Five of its six specific objectives of the research were fully completed. In reference to the first objective, we note that it has been possible to obtain the identification of very valuable sources of data on the lead authors on the matter of innovation factors. With the aid of the literature, a large number of pertinent subjects, which relate to the theory and methodology have been classified. Regarding this, important quotes have been extracted on nerve issues related to innovation. The reading of the different articles made it possible to obtain the different definitions surrounding the concept of educational innovation, which is based on the development of this research. With respect to the second objective, the research accomplishes its complete fulfillment. Identifying innovation indicators require a deep analysis according to the context where it is applied. However, through the readings, new themes and new contributions from other authors emerge. Although, there are certainly no innovation factors in the art institutions since it is an element not included or which has been devoted little time. However, we have found factors that may be related and allow to be introduced in the analysis of the artistic institutions, specifically of music. Of all the literature, it was possible to extract those factors associated with teaching, which is ultimately the entity closest to the student and where the main actions of innovation are that can affect the activity of the student. From the literature, the following were selected: the methodological process of teaching-learning, new materials and curricular technologies, participation of students and motivation.
