ABSTRACT: The research deals with the attitudes of the UCR professors towards the teaching work they carry out; in addition to other interesting data that have to do with the composition of the teaching staff. For example, there is a predominance of teachers (60%), and a higher percentage of young teachers (under 40 years). Likewise, only 34% of teachers considered a high academic degree or in-depth specialization. Most of the teachers (73%), have worked in university education for more than six years. 68% of teachers have interim appointments. Thanks to the research, it was determined that, in general, there is a favorable attitude of teachers towards their work, and especially, those of the Education Faculty, a very favorable one. On the other hand, women are found to have a more favorable attitude towards their work than men. Younger teachers, more favorable attitudes than older teachers. There is no attitudinal difference between teachers with different academic degrees, as well as those with little or a lot of experience.
