Resumen
Esta investigación, compara y obtiene diferentes datos referidos a los resultados en la madurez vocacional y la aplicación del inventario. Se llegó a la conclusión, por ejemplo, de que, aunque las mujeres maduran vocacionalmente más rápido que los hombres, no hay diferencias significativas entre sexos a la hora de verificar los resultados de estas pruebas, lo que hace suponer que esa divergencia se nivela al finalizar la secundaria. Tampoco hubo diferencias significativas entre grupos de distintas edades.
En cuanto a diferencias entre las sedes regionales y la Rodrigo Facio, se ven claramente espacios significativos en lo que toca a selección vocacional, especialmente con el Centro Regional de Guanacaste; aquí, los resultados son favorables para la sede central.
Por otra parte, se anexa un "manual" completo con el inventario para medir la madurez vocacional y una serie de instrucciones para su aplicación.
ABSTRACT: This research compares and obtains different data regarding the results in vocational maturity and the application of the inventory. It was concluded, for example, that, although women mature vocationally faster than men, there are no differences between the sexes when verifying the results of these tests, which suggests that this divergence levels off finish high school. There were also no differences between groups of different ages. As for the differences between the regional regions and Rodrigo Facio, specific spaces are clearly seen in what concerns a vocational selection, especially with the Guanacaste Regional Center; here, the results are favorable for headquarters.
