Resumen
Este estudio ofrece una visión muy particular sobre el seguimiento que se le puede dar a los planes de estudio propuestos en la Universidad de Costa Rica durante la administración 92-96, específicamente, en la escuela de Antropología. Para ello, se centra en la visión y el contexto cultural y social que sirven de marco a estas propuestas.
Con este fin, se teje una descripción alrededor de los antecedentes que dieron origen a esta propuesta, así como una situación del ambiente y la cultura académica que se vive en este entorno. Por otra parte, se refiere a la incidencia de los procesos de modernización y globalización, y su impacto en la institución universitaria, cosa que, de alguna manera, repercute en el diseño o aplicación y seguimiento de planes. ABSTRACT: This study offers a very particular vision of the follow-up that can be given to the curricula proposed in the University of Costa Rica during the 92-96 administration, specifically, in the Anthropology school. For this, it focuses on the vision and the cultural and social context that serve as a framework for these proposals. To this end, a description is woven around the background that gave rise to this proposal, as well as a situation of the environment and academic culture that is lived in this environment. On the other hand, it refers to the incidence of modernization and globalization processes, and their impact on the university institution, which, in some way, affects the design or application and monitoring of plans. Likewise, we work on university regulations and the contradictions that underlie the principles and application of this.
