Resumen
Por planificación curricular se entiende el conjunto de procesos de previsión, realización y control de las experiencias de aprendizaje deseables en una población educacional determinada.
Debido a la importancia que se le debe asignar en el proceso educativo a la planificación, en este estudio se trata de dar respuesta a uno de los problemas planteados en el programa de diagnósticos, el cual indaga sobre las características del planteamiento utilizado para la enseñanza de las asignaturas en mención.
El propósito de la investigación es que, tanto las entidades encargadas de definir los lineamientos y de promover programas de formación y capacitación docente, como los mismos docentes, utilicen los resultados para mejorar la calidad de la educación costarricense.
Las conclusiones presentadas se basan en los siguientes aspectos:
Procedencia de los lineamientos seguidos
Formas en que organizan los planes los maestros de primero y segundo ciclo
Formas en que organizan los planes los profesores de ciencias generales y los de español.
Métodos y técnicas usados por los maestros.
Métodos y técnicas usados por los profesores de ciencias generales y de español.
Recursos didácticos que usan los maestros, los profesores de ciencias generales y los de español.
Forma en que se lleva a cabo la evaluación y medición en estas asignaturas.
Pruebas escritas.
ABSTRACT: Curricular planning is understood as the set of processes of forecasting, carrying out and controlling the desirable learning experiences in a given educational population. Due to the importance that should be assigned in the educational process to planning, this study tries to respond to one of the problems raised in the diagnostic program, which is information on the characteristics of the approach used for teaching of the mentioned subjects. The purpose of the research is that, both the entities in charge of defining the guidelines and promoting teacher education and training programs, and the teachers themselves, use the results to improve the quality of Costa Rican education. The detailed conclusions are based on the following aspects: Origin of the guidelines followed Ways in which the plans are organized by first and second cycle teachers Ways in which plans are organized by teachers of general sciences and those of Spanish. Methods and techniques used by teachers. Methods and techniques used by general science and Spanish teachers. Teaching resources used by teachers, teachers of general sciences and those of Spanish. How evaluation and measurement are carried out in these subjects. Written tests.
